What if shit didn’t suck?
It’s a question I’ve grappled with for my entire life. America claims to be the “wealthiest nation in the world”, and yet there are so many people cast out of their homes and onto the streets of the country. So many people go unfed, unclothed, unwashed, left to rot with disease. And the best answer American Intellect has come up with is to avert your eyes and blame the poor person for being poor.
It’s cruel, its unjust, and by the grace of god I will see this system undone.
